At Honkai Shop, we want you to feel as confident in your style as a Valkyrie in battle. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Honkai Shop account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free of hair, perfume, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our logistics team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
